Job Description
Administration Manager Vacancy
Under the supervision of the Country Director and within delegated authority, the Administration Manager will be responsible for the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with preparation of the budget.
• Implement financial policies and procedures
• Examine and record financial transactions of Offices and prepare remittances for disbursement;
• Assist in processing payments to governments and vendors for goods and services, including calculating, inputting and checking for correctness and communicating any discrepancies to supervisors;
• Assist in processing payments to staff members for their entitlements including salaries, claims, education grants and income tax;
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
• Prepare journals and disbursement vouchers as required;
• Maintain the leave management system
• Ensure accuracy of payment transactions and proper settlement of travel claims;
• Respond to queries from staff members and third parties;
• Administer employment agreements
• Perform other duties as required.

Professionalism, Planning and Organizing, Communication and Teamwork.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Completion of Secondary School Certificate. Certificate in administration accounting, finance or related field is a requirement.
Experience: At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in Finance or Accounting, Administration, logistics or related area.
Desirable: Knowledge of the ERPs and Computerized system is desirable.
Excellent CAT Score.
Languages: Fluency in spoken and written English.
Skills: Computer skills, Excel spread sheets.
Remuneration
We offer a competitive remuneration based on skill and experience including;
Monthly Salary USD 4198pm- 4798pm
Group Medical & Life Cover
Relocation Cost and Housing Covered by the Employer
Per diem & over night allowance on mission not in duty stations
Rest and Recuperation(R&R) of six (6) days after ever eight weeks (8) in field location.
