Business Developer & Operations Manager – (Internship)
As a Business Developer Intern, your main responsibilities will be to develop the ventures in your market through operational and strategic actions. You will directly manage your operational and commercial team.
Key responsibilities include:
Defining and implementing commercial strategy
Identifying and targeting revenue potential by focusing on securing sustainable repeat business
Negotiating best conditions with partners while still building long lasting relationship
Creating trust with all partners
Monitoring and analyzing sales and external market trends
Building strong customer relationships by leveraging information and defining opportunities
Building and leading cross-functional teams that are able to anticipate and deliver solutions to client issues
As an Operations Intern, your main responsibilities will be to design operational processes for logistics and warehousing services, as well as implementing.
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver measurable results linked to your business
Producing regular reporting on the Operations performance
o Ensuring the smooth fulfilment of the items sold and Implementing best
practice fulfilment processes in the country
o Reducing overall lead time between inbound and outbound
o Monitoring consistency and quality of the inventory
o Constantly improving and developing new internal processes
o Making fast decisions in order to solve daily emergencies
o Ensure regular reporting of your actions and results
o Ensuring the quality of the measurement of selected KPIs hourly, daily, weekly and monthly
Scaling the team and the processes to support the growth of the company
Requirements
A degree from Top European Business / Engineering Schools and Universities
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel (VBA would be plus)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Smart, energetic, goal driven and result oriented
You feel confident when communicating in English
Well organized and able to work well under stress and tight deadlines
Very independent with a strong ability to go further than the expectations
